APM Rules - Conditional

The APM Rules tab is used to define conditional statements for that worklow.
An example of an APM rule is "if the budget amount is over 1 million, then it is routed to the CEO".

APM

Click on the APM tab to view or modify customized conditions.

Add

Click to add a new APM Rule.  If you want to view or modify an existing rule, they will appear under the PMWeb Forms folder.

Form

Click on the form you would like to create the APM rule for.

Rule Name

Enter the name of the rule.

Select Template

Select the template you want to apply the rule to.

Add Condition

Drag and Drop the conditional field to be used from the list of fields on the left to the Expression box on the right and determine the condition parameter(s). 
Example:  If an invoice is greater than 50k, it gets routed to a manager, if not it will follow the original path.

Save

Click to Save the APM rule.
