Configure Dispatch Board

This module allows you to create a customized dispatch board.
 
Navigation Path:  Asset Management>Setup>Configure Dispatch Boards

Add

Click to add a new dispatch board view.

View Details

Board Name:  Enter the name of the view.
Default Options:
  • Default Board:  Click to select this as the system default board.
  • Default Start Time:  Enter the board's default start time.
  • Default Hours: Enter the board's default hour increment.
  • Notes:  Enter any notes about this dispatch board.

Display in Board

Select which labor and equipment items should be displayed in this view.  These options are configured in Portfolio>Lists>Resources.
