This module is used to create a mapping of fields which will allow auto-generation of PMWeb records as part of a workflow step.
Note: the record generation happens at the beginning of the workflow step.
Navigation Path: Portfolio>Setup>Generating
 AddClick to add a new generating record.

 DescriptionEnter a description for the generating record.

 FromSelect the record type PMWeb will generate from.
|
 ToSelect the record type PMWeb will generate to.
|
 MappingBased on the "To" and "From" selections, map the fields where the data will populate.
Note the required fields in the "To" record (designated by *). There must be a mapping match in order to successfully generate a record.

 OptionsClick "Submit new record in Workflow" if the workflow is engaged on the generated record and it is going to immediately be submitted for workflow action.
Click "Send Details" if (1) that option is available for the record and (2) you want the details in the "From" record to import into the "To" record.

 SaveWhen data entry of this record is complete, click Save.
