Lists

Within PMWeb there are drop down menu's located in many of the forms.  The options for those drop down menus are configured in this menu.  If the list does not currently exist, create a new one by configuring in the Custom folder (last parent folder in the list).

Add/Delete

Navigate to the drop down menu type you wish to add data to.  Right Click on the folder.  Click on New Item to add the new item.
To delete an item from a drop down menu, navigate to the corresponding folder.  Expand the folder by clicking on the +. Right click on the item you wish to delete.  Click on Delete.
