User Access

This Security Group tree displays the Security Groups which were created in Define Groups.  Listed below the Security Group are the individual users created in Define Users and below that the locations, programs and/or projects they have access to.

If the User has access to all projects, click and hold on the All Projects icon, the drag the All Projects Icon to the individual User in the Right Hand Pane.

If you wish to grant access to all projects to all of the members of an individual security group, click and hold on the All Projects icon and drag it to the corresponding Security Group icon.

The File folders represent Programs.  Projects can be grouped by Program.  If you wish to assign an individual Program to a User or Security group, click and hold on the Program and drag it over to the Security Group or Individual user to grant them access to the Projects within the Program.

These are individual Projects that are not associated with a Program.  To grant access to just certain projects, click and hold on the project and drag it to the Security Group or individual user.
