Viewing the Input Template
Once the template is completed, open the form and add a new record
Navigation Path: Varies depending on where the form has been placed (e.g.. Engineering Forms>Forms>Change Control Form)
 Custom TemplateYour custom template will appear at the top of the form.

 Custom TableThe Custom Table created on the General tab of the Form Builder will appear beneath your custom template.
