Although it is recommended that projects be copied from a "master project template", you do have the ability to create a project.

Add

Click to add a new project.  Once clicked you will be directed to project entry screen.

Portfolio

Click on the Portfolio Navigation Module

Projects

Click on the Projects Button in the Lists Folder

Record Id

Click on the Record ID of the Project or Project Template you wish to copy
