Adding Checklists

When adding checklists, users have the option to add both checklists tasks as well as steps associated with the task within the form either manually or from a predefined checklist.

Add

To manually add a checklist task or step, click Add in the form instance  (you can also choose to add from a predefined checklist by clicking the Add Tasks button). 
 
Fill out the following information:
 
Completed:  Check to note the item is completed (after entering the fields below).
Description: Enter the description of the checklist item.
Task Type:  Select from a list defined by your Administrator.
Skills:  Select from a list defined by your Administrator.
Notes:  Enter any additional notes regarding the task/checklist item.
Optional: Check to note if the field is optional (the required fields may also be predefined by your Administrator).

Add Tasks

Click to add checklists that have been pre-defined by your Administrator.  Once clicked, a list of avaialble checklist items will be displayed.

Tasks

If the Add Tasks button is selected, a list of pre-defined checklists will be displayed.  To add checklists, highlight the checklist and drag to the right hand side of the screen.  Once all checklists have been selected, click Save and Close.  Once closed, the selected checklists and their associated tasks wil be displayed in teh details section of the form.

View Steps

Click to view the steps associated with the checklist task.

Add Task Step

Click to add checklist step associated with the checklist task (you can also choose to add from a predefined checklist by clicking the Add Tasks button). 
 
Fill out the following information:
