Attachments

The the Attachments tab allows the user to attach files/links to the specific record. Users are also able to attach files to the record that are stored in the PMWeb Document Manager

Edit

Click to edit files attached to the record.  To edit highlight the item then click edit.

Add

Click to add an attachment

Link PMWeb Records

Click to link records (RFI's, cost items etc) that already exist in PMWeb.  Once clicked a list of existing records will be displayed.  Drag the items you wish to link from the left hand side of the screen to the right hand side.  Once all items are selected, click Save.

Delete

Click to delete one or more attached files.  To delete, highlight the item then click delete.

PMWeb Viewer

 Click to open attachments in PMWeb Viewer for redlining.  This option is only available if the document has been uploaded to the PMWeb Document Manager.

Refresh

Click to refresh the data displayed on the screen.
