This Project Code module is used to set up and maintain the appearance (columns, options, font etc) of your project calendars.
Navigation Path: Scheduling > Project Codes
Select Project
Use to select the project for the new project codes.

Column Information
Header: Enter the name of the column headers you want to be displayed within the schedule.
Width: Enter the column width (in pixels), 100 is the default.
Order: Enter the order of the columns.
Visible Check the box if you want the column to be visible in the schedule.
Active: Check the box if you want the column to be active in the schedule.
Bg - Color: Select color you want the graph colors to be by clicking on the down button.
Font Color: Select the color of the task font by clicking on the down button.
Note: You can also copy codes from existing projects (see #5)

Values
Click to add options for the columns (phase: construction ,design etc.). Once click a pop up window will be displayed prompting you to add the values. Click Add, enter a description then click Save. Repeat as needed. Once all values have been entered, click Close.

Save
Once all information has been entered, click Save.

Copy Project Codes
Click to copy project codes from an existing project. Once clicked, a list of project will be displayed. Double click on the project you want to copy, the copied codes will now be applied to your project.
Note: You can also add new codes (see #2 and 3).
