Vendor Prequalification includes Web based application forms and a form designer that lets you create the vendor questionnaire you want to use, from scratch. Because the form ties directly into your PMWeb database there is no duplicate data entry: information that the applicant enters flows seamlessly through the approval process and into your vendors list. Vendor Prequalification also introduces a new type of PMWeb user - the "external" user. External users create their own user accounts, so there's no need for a PMWeb administrator to set them up and they don't need a PMWeb license.
