Workflow
Every data entry form in PMWeb has the ability to have an approval workflow assigned to it. This workflow facilitates the routing and approval of data entered into the system. Workflow are predefined by the PMWeb Administrator and conform with your companies policies and procedures. If the form you are working with does not contain a "Workflow" tab it means workflow has not been set up and will not be used for that particular record type.
The following sections describe how to initiate and submit a record to the workflow process and how to respond when a workflow responsibility lands in your inbox.
