Fields

 
This feature allows you to set required fields and default values in PMWeb record headers.
 
Navigation Path:  Portfolio>Setup>Settings>Fields

Record Type

Select the module.

Edit

Highlight the Field Names you want to modify and click Edit.  Check or check the required box.

Required

Click to make fields required/not required.

Default Value

Enter the Default value you wish the field to populate with when the record is created. 
 
When changes are complete click the Update Records icon.
